We’ve implemented a completely new system for parish and town councils in Norfolk. It’s a new design, new content management system and even a new computer server to deliver the pages.
This unfortunately means that old log-ins will no longer work. Each council clerk will have been sent a link to activate their account. Clicking on that link will display a page with the username (that we chose) and a temporary password. You’ll also get the same information by email.
The first thing the clerk should do is log in and change the password. You’ll be able to do that by clicking on Users > Your Profile in the left hand menu.
